La Vida Loca De Flores

It seems I am constantly writing about Kolt, but I guess it is because he is my baby and I just really want to remember all these funny things he does before I forget, which I already have because I know that he said three or four funny things yesterday, but now I can only remember two of them.

First, we had to take Blaze to the orthodontist yesterday, and it is almost always really crowded in the waiting room. There are always lots of parents, and usually a lot of little kids/babies. Yesterday, there was one little boy who came in with his mom and almost immediately "took over" the waiting room. Kolt was very peacefully reading his match up book and then started playing with a little Matchbox car we found in my purse. This other little boy was performing all sorts of antics, crawling under the chairs, rolling around on the floor, and even going outside and almost into the street. Mostly, his mom didn't seem to interested in stopping him from doing any of these things, but then when she did, he let out a scream like we couldn't believe! So then Kolt looks at me and very seriously says..."That baby needs to take a nap!"

Then we went to get some lunch at A&W. They have these little tiny bite size corn dogs there that the kids like. So we placed our order and sat down in the booth next to the soda dispenser to wait for our number to be called, when Kolt gets this funny look on his face, so as I turn to see what he's looking at...he blurts out..."That man doesn't have any pants on!!" The man did, indeed have "pants" on, however he was a fairly large (not to mention hairy!) man who was wearing a casual button up shirt, but he was wearing jogging shorts, the kind that are super short and have a very high slit on the side, and his shirt was so long that it covered the shorts, so he DID look like he had no pants on! Kolt just continued to look at him with a confused look on his face while Blaze and I tried very hard to control our laughter!

It's just so fun watching him learn to associate with this crazy world we live in and tell us what he thinks of it!
